The Pride Parade is held in downtown Salt Lake City in June celebrating Utah’s diversity and gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community. The event is the largest parade in Utah drawing an audience of around 150,000 …  and it wouldn’t be the parade without the Dykes on Bikes®

We invite you to ride with Dykes on Bikes® ~ Salt Lake
as we make our traditional ride though the streets of Salt Lake City
at the head of the Utah Pride Parade....

EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO RIDE WITH US!

Whether this is your first time riding with us, or one of our stalwart Utah Pride Parade riders, here are some important things you’ll need to know:

Wear what you want to wear … Dykes on Bikes® has always been a strong female presence standing up for the rights of people to live their lives openly and safely.  For this reason, we ask our members to consider their parade outfits – and what they say about us as an LGBTQ+ community as a whole. 

Additionally:

  • ALL BIKES AND RIDERS ARE WELCOME! (scooters, trikes, side cars)
  • Be KIND and courteous to all ... No exceptions
  • Must have proof of motorcycle endorcement and current insurance.
  • Abide by the directions/rules
  • Operate your motorcycle at all times during the event in a safe and prudent manner.
  • Must be register at the published rally point
  • If you want to ride with friends then we recommend arriving at the same time
  • Don't be late, and we may leave the rally polint early
  • Must not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug
  • No stunt or trick riding
